There are currently 3 games in the Myst Series. Myst, Riven, and Myst III Exile. They are a bit like books, where you are the character, but there are different ways to lose, or win each game. The people you meet in the different ages are mostly a race called D'ni. In Myst, which was once the best selling computer game in the whole world, you mysteriously find a linking book, which is a type of book the D'ni make, where you can link to different worlds if you touch it. The reason you find this is because it has fallen into the "star fissure" by an evil person called Gehn, who you mainly fight against in Riven. The person who made the world of Myst is Atrus, who is the one you help in every game. The next game in the Myst series is...., well no-one is quite sure what it will be called yet, but is codenamed "Myst Online", because it will require broadband, and people can play with or against each other in the game.
Riven: This is the second game in the series, and is the most "spooky". There are dark caves, mysterious rooms, and lots of places to explore, but for some bits you need to be very patient about.
