Don't worry! I am not just about to change your way of life with startling statistics and rules! Just a few ways of getting in shape healthily and eating sensibly.
1) Fruit and Vegetables
Vegetables especially, are what young children hate to eat the most. Fruit is easier. To prevent from ever getting cancer, a grown person should eat 5 varieties of fruit and veg per day. This sounds a lot, doesn't it? But just read this for a guideline:
Breakfast: You could just have an apple, but why not chop it up or grate it and put it in with your bran. Plus some mashed banana with brown sugar is choooiice! (so that's 2 already)
Lunch: Baked beans on toast is fine (beans in tomato sauce) but it's nicer to go for more fruit or veg! Salad is perfect if you have a great variety. It's oh-so-easy to: Just chop up some juicy red pepper, a bit of cucumber, tomato, celery, grated carrot, and, of course, lettuce. And an optional, tasty extra is couscous. You can buy it in packs and simply add hot water. (this plus brekkie is 8 now! But you should probably shorten your achievement to 5 or 6 pieces of fruit and veg, as some red pepper in salad is not a whole portion. How easy is that?)
Supper: Now you have done your target, you can feel overly satisfied! You have gone further than you need! Even if you are hungry after a day in this fashion, it does feel so good that you've done something kind to your body, as it does carry you around all day! But, it's no reason to slack off and have pot noodles for tea! It's just the perfect opportunity to get 'fruited' and 'veged' out! You have no need to go overboard, but just have some peas or carrots with your main meal!
Ok? You should try this for a while, and see how you find it! Remember, if you are a healthier person, it effects everything, it helps your immune system tackle germs and illnesses. It even effects the way you feel about yourself!

Here's a yummy and startlingly easy way to get simply anyone to get to like fruit (with a little chocolate along the way!)
Chocolate Fondue
Simply put some chocolate with a little milk and butter on the hob on a low heat. Wait until the chocolate is melted, looking smooth and smelling delicious.
Then, get together some fruit and chop it. Here are some ideas of what fruit to use:
Strawberries, bananas, orange/clementine segments (don't chop these, the juice will splatter your face!), apple wedges, grapes, cherries, mango, pomegranate, pear, peach, nectarine, assorted nuts. And, if you are feeling really cheeky, a marshmallow is divine!
Anyway, now you must take the chocolate off the hob, and wait until it is not at tongue-burning heat, but still warm.
Then, here's the best bit, dip your fruit in the chocolate, and eat.........BON APPETIT!
