Your computer has crashed press Ctrl+Alt+Delete(or del, NOT Backspace)
There is a program that isn't responding you need to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Right click and select Properties then click screensaver on the bar at the top
Click Start, Programs, Startup and the RM Logoff
Save it to your My Documents folder then open My Computer and drag it to 3½ Floppy (A:)
Remember: Never keep your files just on a floppy disk save it in your hard disk as well
