BRIE AND PEACH SALAD

(Serves 4)

 

You will need:

1 bag of wild rocket leaves

2 ripe peaches

4 stoned dates (sliced)

50g lightly toasted pecan nuts

Wedge of Brie

Orange & Mango Dressing

 

How to make it in 4 easy steps:

 

1.Place half 100g bag of wild rocket leaves on a serving plate.

 

2.Scatter with two ripe peaches, torn into places, 4 dates and pecan nuts

 

3.Slice a wedge of brie and arrange over salad.

 

4. Serve drizzled with 2x15ml spoons of orange and mango dressing.

 

Quick Pesto Tagliatelle

 

(Serves 1)

 

You will need:

 

 

Mushrooms (sliced)

Jar of green pesto (Basil) 

125g Fresh Tagliatelle 

Garlic (crushed)

Fresh Parmesan (Grated)

Olive oil

 

How to make it in easy steps:

 

1.Sauté mushrooms with garlic (as much as you like) in a little olive oil until they are brown.

Pita Pizza

(Serves 2)

 

 

1 pita bread round
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

 

 How to make it in  3 easy steps:

 

1 Preheat grill for medium high heat.
2 Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and pizza sauce. Top with cheese and mushrooms, and season with garlic salt.
3 Lightly oil grill. Place pita pizza on grill, cover, and cook until cheese completely melts, about 5 minutes.
