They are best friends. They have been through ten years of failure
and success. It all started when Ryan Dusick, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden formed a band called Kara's Flowers when they were still in high school. Unfortunately the band fizzled out before it even got started. In 1999 they got back together and renamed themselves Maroon 5, with the additional person of James Valentine on the guitar. They spent along time changing their style. And eventually they got a record deal and released Songs About Jane. They have done well since. |

We both love Maroon 5 because of the different styles that they do. We especially like She Will Be Loved and This Love. Their albums are good because they have lots of different styles and don't just stick to one.
