A very simple recipe but very tasty.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
4 tablespoons of pesto
8 - 12 slices of procheto
Rub some olive oil into the fillets, then put one tablespoon of pesto onto the salmon. Rap 2 - 3 slices of procheto round each of the fillets. Place each of the salmon fillets on a piece of tinfoil and fold the foil up to create a parcel. Place in an oven for 10 - 20 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees celcius.
